1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India and selected international locations.
  • Delivery timelines and charges may vary depending on the destination, order value, and shipping partner.

2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.
  • During peak seasons, festive sales, or promotional events, processing may take longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: 10–21 business days after dispatch (depending on customs clearance and shipping partner timelines).

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, strikes, or customs checks.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order value.
  • Free Shipping: Available on domestic orders above ₹1999.
  • International Shipping: Charges vary by country and are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier partner details will be shared via email/SMS.
  • Customers can track their orders online through the courier partner’s website or MATRA’s order tracking page.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at the provided address.
  • If the customer is unavailable, the package will be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery requests.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

  • MATRA is not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable and re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

8. International Shipping – Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.
  • MATRA is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • In the rare case of lost or damaged packages, MATRA will assist customers in filing claims with the courier partner.
  • MATRA’s liability ends once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Customers are encouraged to select insured shipping (where available).

10. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, MATRA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.
  • Courier partner or customs processing delays.
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
