- We currently ship across India and selected international locations.
- Delivery timelines and charges may vary depending on the destination, order value, and shipping partner.
2. Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the following business day.
- During peak seasons, festive sales, or promotional events, processing may take longer.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Domestic Orders (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: 10–21 business days after dispatch (depending on customs clearance and shipping partner timelines).
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, strikes, or customs checks.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order value.
- Free Shipping: Available on domestic orders above ₹1999.
- International Shipping: Charges vary by country and are displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking number and courier partner details will be shared via email/SMS.
- Customers can track their orders online through the courier partner’s website or MATRA’s order tracking page.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times at the provided address.
- If the customer is unavailable, the package will be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges will apply for re-delivery requests.
7. Wrong or Incomplete Address
- MATRA is not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable and re-shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
8. International Shipping – Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.
- MATRA is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- In the rare case of lost or damaged packages, MATRA will assist customers in filing claims with the courier partner.
- MATRA’s liability ends once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Customers are encouraged to select insured shipping (where available).
10. Delivery Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, MATRA is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events.
- Courier partner or customs processing delays.
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
